Analytics
With your permission, we use Google Analytics to understand website usage, including pages visited, referring services, approximate location, and clicks on booking, email, or phone links. This includes measuring referrals from AI services when a referrer is available. We do not send contact-form fields to Google Analytics. You can accept or decline analytics and change your choice using Cookie preferences in the footer. Google's privacy policy governs its handling of analytics data.
Data Storage and Retention
This website does not accept file uploads. Contact submissions are processed through Netlify and Google Workspace and delivered to our business email inbox. We retain them for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and provide our services. If you separately share a resume or profile with us, we retain those documents for up to one year, consistent with our existing retention policy. To help limit automated abuse, the contact service uses a temporary rate-limit identifier derived from the request IP address; this identifier is not included in your inquiry email.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties, except:
Service Providers: We use Netlify for website hosting and contact-request processing, Google Workspace for inquiry email, Google Analytics for optional usage measurement, Calendly for booking, and Stripe for payment processing when you purchase a service. Podcast audio is served by the podcast hosting provider when you play an episode. Following links to LinkedIn, Spotify, Substack, or other external services takes you to services with their own privacy policies.
Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law, regulation, or legal process.
We do not share your resume or profile with client companies or any other third parties without your explicit written consent.
